Order and Shipping Confirmation

Whether ordering online or through our Customer Care Department, you will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed. A second email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number will also be sent.


EvoDerma products are covered by a one-year limited warranty on all parts and labor. To learn more about this warranty, please visit our “Policies” page.

Returns / Refunds / Cancellations

If you are experiencing technical problems with an evoDerma product, please call our Customer Care Department to arrange its return for repair. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping Time

EvoDerma products are shipped in 1-3 business days or 10-15 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping time may differ if your product was ordered through a third-party retailer. All products are shipped securely and require a Signature Upon Delivery. No delivery to P.O. boxes. To ensure a prompt delivery, please ensure that someone is available to accept the package. If you would like to track your shipment online, simply login to with your provided username & password and then click on your tracking number.

International Shipping

Shipping time will vary based on location. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Care Department.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive a delivery, the courier service will usually make another attempt. If it is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the courier’s office for pick-up. In the event that it is not picked up within a reasonable amount of time, your order will be returned to EvoDerma and additional costs amounting to a 20% handling fee plus all shipping charges will be incurred.
